Booking Policies • Rescheduling Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance if not done so there will be a fee at owners discretion. • Payments The final service balance must be paid in full at the end of service with cash or card only. I do not accept Venmo, Cash App, or any other payment apps. • Late Arrival If you are running late, please contact the number listed on the website. There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a late fee will be charged: • 5 minutes late = $5 • 15 minutes late = $15, etc. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. • Waiting Room If you plan to bring someone with you, please let me know in advance. Space is limited, so I kindly ask that you bring no more than one guest. • No Refund policy All sales are final. I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify me before leaving the building, and I will be happy to address and correct the issue at that time. Once you have left your appointment and exited the premises, no further adjustments, corrections, or refunds can be made.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. No shows or same day cancellations may be charged up to 60% of the service total at owners discretion.
