Booking Policies • Rescheduling Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance if not done so there will be a fee at owners discretion. • Payments The final service balance must be paid in full at the end of service with cash or card only. I do not accept Venmo, Cash App, or any other payment apps. • Late Arrival If you are running late, please contact the number listed on the website. There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a late fee will be charged: • 5 minutes late = $5 • 15 minutes late = $15, etc. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. • Waiting Room If you plan to bring someone with you, please let me know in advance. Space is limited, so I kindly ask that you bring no more than one guest.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. No shows or same day cancellations may be charged up to 50 % of the service total at owners discretion.
